Our bubble wrap is made from 100% pure PE, making it fully recyclable. The top and bottom layers prevent bubble impressions, making it ideal for protecting delicate surfaces. Bubble wrap bags are perfect for packaging small, highly fragile products.
They are made from two-layer, heat-sealed polyethylene (PE), with a smooth top layer and a second layer containing regularly spaced air bubbles, created using a bubble cylinder and vacuum roller. These air bubbles help cushion impacts.
Three-layer versions feature a second smooth top layer, making them more durable. Small-bubble foils have a bubble diameter of about 10 mm, while large-bubble foils measure 25 mm.
